The Tillonsburg Family Medical Clinic physicians have active privileges at the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital.

There is 24/7 emergency room service, staffed by family physicians, with specialty back-up in internal medicine, surgery, anaesthesia and radiology, and access to world-class tertiary care just 30 minutes away in London. Regular visiting specialists include ophthalmology, urology and gynaecology.

TDMH has state-of-the-art equipment, an integrated Clinical Information System, PACS and have also implemented Health Care Undergoing Optimization (HUGO) which includes physician order entry. Together with the academic health sciences centre in London and five other community hospitals, we have created one patient record for residents of Southwestern Ontario.

Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital is a progressive, fully accredited, 45 bed community hospital located in southwestern Ontario that provides both inpatient and outpatient care to a population of 45,000 in Tillsonburg and surrounding areas.
