Job Description
PK Construction Inc is a rapidly growing contracting firm located in Tillsonburg, specializing in design/build, project management, and bid/build projects in the industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage small to large commercial/industrial/institutional projects across Southwestern Ontario
- Organize subcontractors, oversee contract administration, and work closely with clients
- Supervise and manage on-site supervisors and staff
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Ontario Building Code and CCDC standard construction contracts
- Utilize MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) and MS Project for project planning and documentation
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, methodical thinking, and attention to detail

Education
Experience Required
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of Canadian commercial/industrial/institutional project management experience in the construction field
- Solid knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and CCDC standard construction contracts
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Practical/technical mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) and MS Project
- Strong organizational skills, methodical thinking, and attention to detail
