Job Description
At Rombouts Ag Service, we are committed to providing for your quality agriculture needs. We carry products from brands you know and trust and we know the importance of service and support. We have been helping farmers produce more for generations. We specialize in hydraulic services, farm equipment repair and product installations.
We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The right candidate is an individual who is a highly effective communicator able to speak with customers both in office and over the phone. They must have the ability to multi-task, be resourceful and be willing to acquire some technical knowledge of products and equipment to assist customers with trouble shooting and diagnostics. Might need to go to the customer’s location based on demand. All trainings would be conducted in-house for this role.
The ideal candidate will be organized and have experience with office management, bookkeeping, and payroll or be willing to learn. Must have excellent customer facing skills. A background in agriculture or dairy farming is considered an asset.
