Job Description
Part-time position 20-25 hrs/week including onsite (at our farm in Bright, ON) and offsite working hours which may include weekdays and weekends.
Join an award winning family run responsible agritourism business and work with an amazing team of people and animals! We are looking for a passionate and motivated digital/social media specialist to manage and grow our brand on various social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-create targets for revenue, followers & engagement
- Creation and management of content calendar
- Creation of on brand content for a variety of social media platforms
- Management of advertising campaigns for google, IG, FB and with partners and influencers
- Reporting and analysis of campaigns and social media content against targets
- Creation and management of email campaigns
- Management of content displayed across website and partner platforms for consistency
Education
Experience Required
Experience & Qualifications
- 2 years relevant experience
- Proficiency with video and content creation software
- Proficiency with social media platforms: IG, FB, Link’d In, TikTok, Youtube
- Proficiency with Google & Meta Ads including conversion tracking
- Skilled in analyzing the performance of paid campaigns, reporting on results, and rapidly iterating on findings
- Capable of identifying key opportunities for growth and cost reduction, as well as potential obstacles to achieving great performance
- Proficient in optimizing paid campaign performance through continuous A/B testing, competitor analysis, keyword research, creative optimizations, and trend insights to achieve KPI targets and maximize investment effectiveness
- Research-oriented with the ability to understand our B2B & B2C buyer personas to guide the creation of compelling and original story-telling based content
