Job Description

Noblewood Transport is currently seeking a full time 

Finance - Office Manager at our Burgessville, ON location (on-site).

 

Position Summary:
The Finance - Office Manager will be reporting to the Executive Management of the company and is responsible for the financial day-to-day administration of the Company including day to day processing, general accounting, payroll, and office administrative duties.

 

Qualifications & Job Requirements:

  • Community College with an accounting certificate/diploma.
  • Experience using Quick Books and Paymate is preferred.
  • Prior experience working in a trucking company is preferred.
  • 5 years full-time working experience of financial management and payroll.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail while working under tight deadlines.

Education:

  • Accounting College Diploma
  • Payroll Compliance Practitioner Certification preferred.
