Job Description
Noblewood Transport is currently seeking a full time
Finance - Office Manager at our Burgessville, ON location (on-site).
Position Summary:
The Finance - Office Manager will be reporting to the Executive Management of the company and is responsible for the financial day-to-day administration of the Company including day to day processing, general accounting, payroll, and office administrative duties.
Qualifications & Job Requirements:
- Community College with an accounting certificate/diploma.
- Experience using Quick Books and Paymate is preferred.
- Prior experience working in a trucking company is preferred.
- 5 years full-time working experience of financial management and payroll.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Accuracy and attention to detail while working under tight deadlines.
