The Program Administrator will create seamless communications and data for theatre arts programs and faith-based content for K2K Productions regular season, camp, special events & fundraisers. This will entail learning new software, collaborating, writing, and sourcing materials. Collection and preparation of data, supplies, media, and automations will create seamless execution and accuracy throughout the year. The Program Administrator will be directly involved in regular program nights and camp as needed and to gain experience in ministry and leadership.

• Experienced with leading or participating in activities that interest and engage students
• Must be able to commute to workplace location(s) and work off-site
• Skilled in Microsoft Office or Google (Word, Docs, Excel or Sheets) and willingness to learn multiple web applications
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
• Maintain excellent organization skills, meet deadlines and work independently
• Model and replicate the brand and language demonstrated by team
• Demonstrate a servant heart in all aspects of leadership and work ethic
• Actively share work progress and pursue tasks beyond scope of work, if needed
• Remain accountable throughout work hours
• Share ideas and initiate brainstorming sessions with team
• Assist in registrations, stewardship, and communication with stakeholders
• Create / support written curriculum in alignment with musical themes and Biblical teaching for student engagement and format for K2K brand
• Help integrate performing arts, activities, crafts, games, excellence, and generationally relevant content to meet the Brands' expectation and magician’s archetype
• Research, create and test activities that align with themes and student’s needs
• Take initiative and observe students’ needs
• Ensure curriculum is complete with rich and engaging material, accuracy and organization as per deadlines and programs required
• Acquire and organize supplies/materials necessary for the program’s seamless implementation
• Work within a budget in acquiring materials
• Create scheduled media posts that align with program and events
• Ensure tasks are completed with excellence while taking initiative and seeking guidance when needed
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
• Daytime work hours plus weekly contact with students through program, productions and camps that require some evening hours

• Orientation & Leadership Training which will provide insight, personal growth, and build confidence; this will include team building, spiritual gifts, leadership, discipleship, child development, safety and training, and suicide prevention training
• Additional training during first or second year may include First Aid & CPR Training, Plan to Protect certification, ASIST Training / Safe Talk Training and self-directed software training, as needed
• Inspiration, prayer and motivation from leaders surrounding this ministry who are deeply invested in students and their success (mentally, emotionally and spiritually)
• Work collaboratively with staff, volunteer teams
• Personal reward as we work collaboratively to impact students for God’s kingdom
• Program Assistant will report to K2K Executive Director
• Statutory Days (New Year’s Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day)
• A full-time, one-year contract position that will allow you to grow in leadership, creativity, community, and faith
• During second year of employment with K2K Productions, a Health Spending Account may become available
• Casual, modest dress to be worn daily

NOTE: Candidates applying for any position with K2K Productions must have a recent (within the last two years) Police Check in the Vulnerable Sector. They must complete training for the safety and protection of vulnerable youth within the first week of employment.
