Job Description

Strong attention to detail

· Extremely strong written and verbal communications skills.

· Someone that truly enjoys helping an Executive

· Experience with anticipating needs, planning ahead and the ability to be able to take things off an Executives plate

· Receive calls from customers/contractors

· Coordinate calendar and the team’s schedule

· Maintain several email inboxes and communication channels with the ability to prioritize

· Prepare Executive for meetings and do all follow up / action items after meetings

Experience Required

Must be fully proficient with cloud based software, including One Drive, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

· Excellent organization and time management skills

· Good communication skills as you will be communicating with other team members, customers and contractors.
