Job Description
The Operation Manager will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our company, working closely with upper management to align operations with company goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide, coordinate, and maintain company policies, procedures, and professional conduct by overseeing the effectiveness provided by our sales, production, and aftermarket services.
- Oversee all aspects of operations and logistics, including inventory, management, installation organization, and trade show logistics support.
- Design and implement business methods, plans, and procedures in the region to uphold and preserve business.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective and timely communication.
- Continuously update and advise company safety requirements and standard operating procedures, securing a safe work environment for all team members.
- Ensure and establish performance strategies for all supervised staff by sustaining quality standards, technical efficiency, and core human resources values.
Education
Experience Required
- Management: 3 years (preferred)
- Construction: 2 years (preferred)
- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Fully proficient with cloud based software, including One Drive, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, with the ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Excellent organization and management skills, with the ability to manage multiple ongoing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to conduct financial opportunity analysis and budget monitoring; capacity to complete and implement 3-to-12 month business plan.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows, company events and deliveries.
