Job Description
VDK Group is currently seeking a qualified Project Manager to join our fast-paced, growing team. We are looking for a professional who can quickly absorb and retain product knowledge. The successful candidate will manage product quoting/ selection for custom new build homes, meet with clients to pick product and help with selection. This would also include working with customers to design, price, and close sales for residential windows, doors, and garage doors. If you have a proven track record of successfully building and maintaining customer relationships by providing outstanding customer service, we are interested in you.
Manage product quoting and selections for new construction building
· Greet and assist walk in customers
· Answer phones and navigate database to answer customer queries
· Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to customers where appropriate
· Prepare quotes for customers based on measurements and details provided
· Help customers choose finishes for their windows and doors
· Learn how products work and how to troubleshoot with customers
· Update internal system on a consistent basis, creating work orders and updating customer information as needed
Education
Experience Required
· A personable and professional demeanor
· Have an eye for residential home design and style
· Ability to perform basic calculations, measurements, and mathematical figures
· Minimum 2-3 years sales experience
· Minimum 2-3 years of management experience
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule
· Organized with excellent time management strategies
