Job Description
Hardworking, reliable, attention to detail, open minded, flexible, good judgement, organized, willingness to learn, ability to work with and understand nature, interested in Regenerative agriculture and quantum farming, working with livestock outside in a calm environment. Must be able to do multiple tasks.
Responsibilities may include: milking goats, trimming goat feet, planting trees, vegetables, and flowers, lifting
50 gallon water pails, lifting bales of hay and straw, driving truck and trailer/animal hauler, driving tele handler and tractors, farm machinery maintenance, rotational grazing of cows, goats, pigs, moving goat, chicken and duck tractors, feeding farm animals, compost tea brewing and spraying, building trellis, welding, electric fence work, wood and metal fabrication.
Following skills and experience an asset: carpentry, market garden experience, welding, driving truck/trailer, milking goats by hand, driving tele handler, driving tractors, farm labourer.
This is not a common conventional farm. This Regenerative farm is a busy, actively growing business with plenty of opportunities to work and expand your skills in many different directions; including opportunities for co-op students and volunteering. All products are focused on quality and nutrient density.

Experience Required
