Job Description
About us
Parion Animal Nutrition is a well-established business with a keen eye for recognizing talent and many years of experience in the agriculture industry. We are looking for staff who have a passion for supporting local agriculture and enjoy working as part of a team.
Are you looking to embark on a rewarding career with an established business that values your talents?
We are seeking a committed and energetic individual to join our team and fill the role of full-time Customer Service Representative.
The candidate should be passionate about customer service excellence and enjoy working with customers both face-to-face and remotely. The primary function of this role is working with regularly scheduled delivery customers to set up orders, helping customers in the retail store, answering customer inquiries by phone and email, and assisting with loading orders into customer vehicles (must be able to lift up to 50lb). The candidate will be required to learn about the store products to enable them to make recommendations to customers and answer their questions.
The secondary functions of this role will include an array of retail and administrative duties, so the candidate who fills this position must be willing to learn new things and be flexible. A basic understanding of accounts receivable, purchasing, and merchandising functions is an asset, but we are willing to train in these areas.
Parion Animal Nutrition fosters a strong team environment where each individual works to be part of the big picture while supporting one another in achieving both our individual and group goals. If you are a team player, can work efficiently with minimal supervision, and enjoy an environment where you can learn and grow, then this position may be the right fit for you.
