**The Power Garage is hiring a Product Sale Specialist. This is a SALES role.**

15 Years ago The Power Garage started out as a small family run motorcycle dealership. We have since grown into a multi-dimensional outdoors store. We are a one stop shop for all recreational enthusiasts. Helping families create memories is our core goal. We are looking for passionate team members who are hard working and looking to join a fast-paced retail environment. Customer experience and service is our number one priority.
What You Bring to the Role
- Professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
- Ability to maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
- Natural ability to speak and engage with customers.
What You’ll Do
- Selling, promoting, and endorsing all of the dealerships Major Unit Inventory.
- Successfully promote sales to existing clients.
- Identify clients needs and assist them in purchasing of new/preowned product.
- Follow proper sales and quoting processes.
- Overcome objections of prospective customers.
- Adapt communication style to deliver information effectively to a range of individuals.
- Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products and services, competitor activities, and other research.
- Develop and build relationships with new clients and develop additional contacts within existing clients.
- Handle customer complaints as they arise, escalating to the appropriate individual as deemed necessary.
- Keep up-to-date records on sales calls, customer contacts, and details of meetings.
- Work with other departments to upsell accessories & services with unit purchase to give customer best functionality with their products.
- Understand and acknowledge daily/weekly Sales Department Goals and Targets
- Actively pursue to meet and exceed the weekly targets.
- Transitioning all sold units through the process and ensuring all deliveries are complete, cleaned, staged.
- Complete thorough walk through on all sold units directly with customers to ensure they are 100% satisfied, provide tour of facility to all customers, introduce customer to Parts & Service team.
- Work with Sales Manager to create and execute yearly sales plan.
- All other duties as assigned.
What We’d Like From You
- Experience in sales is considered an asset.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Able to work irregular hours including weekends during peak periods.
- Able to travel to sales events/shows and customer appointments outside of primary work location.
- Occasional overtime required during peak season.
