We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As a vital member of our organization, the Office Admin will assist in managing all aspects of our financial records and transactions. This includes maintaining accurate ledgers, reconciling accounts, and processing invoices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting or bookkeeping. They should possess excellent organizational skills, time management abilities, and proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks
- Reconcile AP statements, credit card statements and other financial documents
- Process invoices and payments promptly.
- Prepare reports and summaries for management as needed
- Prepare cross border shipment documentation
- Other duties as required
Requirements:·
3 to 5 years experience in accounting dealership or automotive experience an asset
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Professional phone etiquette
In addition, a valid drivers license and a vehicle is required, as on occasion there may be a need to go to the license bureau or do banking. (mileage compensated)
