Job Description

The Township of East Zorra-Tavistock is seeking applications for a Records Management Clerk (Contract Position).

Main Responsibilities:

Prepare and input documents for data conversion to Lasefiche software records system
Assists in the preparation and input of data conversion for software migrations as needed
Ensures data accuracy and meeting deadlines for projects.

Education

Post Secondary Degree

Experience Required

Requirements:.

Post secondary education with emphasis on Records Management and Office Administration
Good analytical, organizational and time management skills
Training and experience in general office administrative support.
Reasonable understanding of the administration procedures for records management software systems
