Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and exceptional Wholesale Account Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The Wholesale Account Manager will play a crucial role in managing wholesale accounts, acquiring new accounts, handling invoicing using Sage software, and creating commercial customs documents. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment with benefits such as a health spending account and profit sharing.
Responsibilities:
Manage existing wholesale accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to acquire new wholesale accounts, expanding our customer base.
Utilize Sage software to handle invoicing processes efficiently and accurately.
Create commercial customs documents as required by clients and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to ensure seamless operations and fulfillment of customer orders.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify opportunities for business growth.
Maintain thorough records of account activities, sales reports, and customer interactions.
Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business administration or related field is a plus.
Proven experience inaccount management, preferably in the healthcare or related industry.
Proficiency in using Sage software for invoicing and accounting purposes.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity with commercial document creation and international shipping regulations is advantageous.
Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Native-level fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required to effectively communicate with clients and partners.
French language proficiency is an asset.
