Job Description
COOK
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes of meats, seafood, poultry, and vegetables using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and a variety of other kitchen equipment according to restaurants standardized recipes
Experienced in fast-paced kitchens, knowledge of sauces, seasonings, battering, breading, marinating, proper plate presentation, and garnish for all dishes
Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period
Maintains clean and sanitary workstations including shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, etc.
Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed and other related duties as assigned by the Kitchen Management Team
