-Inspect products to determine the requirements for computer and peripherals repair.
-Install, maintain and repair electronic equipment.
-Prepare cost estimates.
-Provide customer service.

-Microsoft Windows Desktop operating systems
-Microsoft Windows Server operating systems
-VMware
-Networks
-Wireless networks
-Wireless router
-Linux knowledge helpful
