Job Description

Tasks & Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Answering phone

- Order entry

- Data entry and document management

- Updating all pricing in the system as well as notifying customers of price changes

- Sending out communications to all customers concerning deliveries

- Sending out all promotions

Skills & Qualifications:

- 2 plus years experience

- Ability to multitask and communicate well with others

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

- Strong initiative, organizational and communication skills and attention to details

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

COVID-19 considerations:
All customer who do enter the facility are required to wear a mask, there are masks and sanitizer supplied in the office at all times, Offices are cleaned weekly and sanitized.

  • 8 hour shift

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)
