Responsibilities You'll Take On:

• Process a high volume of invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Verify the accuracy of invoices, purchase orders, and other supporting documentation
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies as needed
• Communicate with vendors to address inquiries and resolve payment issues
• Prepare and process electronic payments, including ACH transfers and wire transfers
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
• Maintain organized and accurate electronic records of invoices, payments, and related documentation
• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of accounts payable procedures and controls
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Cost analysis, review, and reporting

Minimum Qualifications We're Looking For:

• You have a high school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• You have 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related finance roles preferably in the manufacturing industry
• You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools and have experience with accounting software (e.g., Sage, Dynamics 365 Business Central)
• You have a strong attention to detail and strive for accuracy
• You pride yourself on organization and are proud of your time management skills
• You have a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• You thrive in a digital environment and are passionate about leveraging technology to maximize efficiency and have a mindset of continuous process improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Overtime pay
