School Age Facilitator

We are recruiting for a School Age Facilitator to join our before and after school program located in:  Ingersoll ON. at Harrisfield Public School 

Hours:

• This position requires availability for a split shift both before and after school. 
• Hours are from 6:45am until school starts and after school until 5:30pm. 
• Additional supply hours may be available in our other programs. 

Qualifications: 

• ECE diploma and registration with College of ECE’s (preferred) 
• Minimum of 1 year post graduate experience is preferred 
• Current First Aid and CPR level C
• Clean criminal reference check with vulnerable persons screening 

Skills:

• Organized with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong parent and child engagement skills
• Able to plan and implement programming for children ages 0-12 
• Document and reflect using How Does Learning Happen? as a guide Able to make thoughtful decisions
• Regular lifting of up to 40lbs is required.
   

Rate: 

•  $21.36 per hour for RECE, $19.46 for other qualifications.
• Both groups are eligible for the WEG of $2.00/hour. 
• RECEs are eligible for an additional $1.00/hour
