School Age Facilitator
Job Description
We are recruiting for a School Age Facilitator to join our before and after school program located in: Ingersoll ON. at Harrisfield Public School
Hours:
- This position requires availability for a split shift both before and after school.
- Hours are from 6:45am until school starts and after school until 5:30pm.
- Additional supply hours may be available in our other programs.
Qualifications:
- ECE diploma and registration with College of ECE’s (preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year post graduate experience is preferred
- Current First Aid and CPR level C
- Clean criminal reference check with vulnerable persons screening
Skills:
- Organized with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong parent and child engagement skills
- Able to plan and implement programming for children ages 0-12
- Document and reflect using How Does Learning Happen? as a guide Able to make thoughtful decisions
- Regular lifting of up to 40lbs is required.
Rate:
- $21.36 per hour for RECE, $19.46 for other qualifications.
- Both groups are eligible for the WEG of $2.00/hour.
- RECEs are eligible for an additional $1.00/hour
