Wedding and Events Planner - P293

Employer is seeking an exceptionally organized and outgoing individual who is committed to providing superb customer service and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have an eye for detail and love everything about the Wedding and Events industry. Preferably 1 to 3 years of experience in the industry.  Smart Serve preferred.

Job Description:
Coordinate meeting(s) with couples prior to their wedding day to arrange tastings, go over timing of the day, etc.
Answer e-mails and telephone calls to answer any questions or inquiries before the day of wedding
Site visit of the venue with the client.
Coordinate timing, location and itinerary with vendors.
On-site day of the wedding and smoothly coordinate from start to the end of the event.
