Job Description
Enhanced Facilitator
Your role as the Enhanced Staff Facilitator would be to work collaboratively within a team at our early learning program and model inclusive practice by supporting all children in a positive manner.
Hours:
This position is for before & after school at East Oxford Central Public School. Hours are and 7am-9am & 3:30pm-6:00pm, for a total of 22.5 hours/week.
Potential for full time hours on PD days, March break and throughout the summer.
Education
Experience Required
Qualifications:
- ECE diploma and registration with the College of ECE's (preferred)
- Other related education and/or experience also considered
- Current Standard First Aid and CPR Level C
- Clean criminal reference check with vulnerable persons screening
- New graduates welcome!
Skills:
- Organized with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong parent and child engagement skills
- Able to plan and implement programming for children ages 0-12
- Document and reflect using How Does Learning Happen? as a guide
- Able to make thoughtful decisions
- Regular lifting of up to 40lbs is required
