Job Description

Ingrox Limited is currently looking for a full-time, permanent Maintenance Technician to oversee locations in Ingersoll and London. Reporting to the Executive Officer, the incumbent oversees all store locations and manages facilities maintenance, and maintaining the superior level of customer satisfaction that contributes to the company’s profitability and reputation.                                                                                                         
Duties & Responsibilities:                                                                                                                               

  • Oversee the daily operations                                                                                                                       
  • Conduct regular maintenance of store equipment and facilities, including snow removal, salting, furnace/AC maintenance, and mini storage unit                                                                     
  • Other duties as assigned             

Education

Secondary School Diploma

Experience Required

Qualifications:                                                                                                                                                     

  • Secondary diploma required                                                                                                                       
  • Post-secondary certificate and/or diploma in a trade, or completed apprenticeship is an asset                                                                                            
  • High level mechanical and plumbing aptitude is essential                                                               
  • Experience managing business operations is preferred                                                                     
  • Knowledgeable of car wash operations and supplies                                                                         
  • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills                                                                         
  • Exceptional attention to detail                                                                                                                   
  • Excellent written and verbal communication                                                                                       
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills                                                                                             
  • Ability to think critically in a high-paced environment
