Job Description
We are hiring AZ Drivers for local and rural milk pick-up and delivery across Oxford, Perth, Huron, and Waterloo counties, as well as some areas in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
What Does the Role Involve?
•Grading and delivering raw dairy milk.
•Ensuring compliance with Dairy Farms of Ontario guidelines and maintaining exceptional customer service.
•Safely operating vehicles and equipment.
•Following a weekly driving schedule that accommodates daily milk pick-ups.
•Sharing truck duties with two other drivers.
What Else?
•Frequent physical activity, including lifting hoses and climbing in and out of the truck.
•Pre-trip inspections and collaboration with various teams, including dispatch and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
Education
Experience Required
Candidates should possess excellent communication and customer service skills, along with flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.
A valid AZ driver's license with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
Strong driving record and adherence to traffic regulations.
Experience in handling diverse driving conditions and vehicle types.
Driving abstracts or records.
Letters of reference or experience from previous Employers/insurers
