As a Customer Care Store Representative, you are the face of Execulink. You maintain excellent interactions, catering to sales and services needs of new and existing customers through the delivery of an AWESOME service experience in every transaction! As a Customer Care Representative you will deliver products and services to our customers, keeping in mind the highest quality standards in all that you do.
Position details:
- Part-time, Permanent opportunity
- Regular working hours are Monday to Friday, 10:30am-3:00pm, working up to 25 hours per week
- This is an on-site opportunity, based in our Woodstock sales office
- Some flexibility is required to work outside normal store hours to support any events around the community, as needed
Primary Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with customers through the delivery of superior customer service and communication to ensure a positive experience
- Convey clear communication and coordination with other departments as required
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests by assisting walk in customers
- Identify sales opportunities and hand off customers to the Growth Sales Representative
- Provide product and service recommendations for new and existing customers in the absence of the Growth sales Representative
- Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database
- Display current marketing material in line with branding guidelines
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the store ensuring it represents the Execulink brand
- Process account payments (credit cards, visa debit cards) in compliance with PCI guidelines and balance cash daily where accepted
- Perform weekly and month end bank deposits
- Conduct store opening and closing procedures: locks, lights, count float, debit machine etc.
- Administer and manage equipment bags for the Outside Technicians and customer pick-ups, exchanges and returns
- Maintain inventory count and assist with quarterly and annual inventory counts
- Order inventory/stock such as hardware, marketing material, office supplies
- Ship hardware
Education and Qualifications:
- Demonstrate successful customer service experience
- Ability to live our Mission, Vision and Values
- Demonstrate proficiency in a Windows PC environment, combined with demonstrated keyboarding and data entry abilities
- Valid Class G Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation
- High school diploma or GED; post-secondary level education is preferred
- Successful candidates are required to complete clear criminal background screening
