Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment, providing excellent customer support, and maintaining organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date and organized.
  • Maintain filing systems for both physical and digital documents, ensuring easy access to information.
  • Answer electronic enquiries efficiently
  • Assist with proofreading documents to ensure clarity and accuracy before distribution.
  • Utilize Google Suite applications for scheduling, document creation, and communication purposes.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall office efficiency.

 

 

Education

Secondary School Diploma

Experience Required

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Skilled in utilizing Quickbooks
  • Experience with organizing data, payroll duties, invoicing, receiving functions and obtaining quotes.
  • Previous experience in a running a business is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in using phone and electronic systems for effective communication.
  • Familiarity with data entry processes and maintaining accurate records.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) for daily tasks.
