Job Description
The Woodstock Police Service is accepting applications from internal and external applicants for the following position:
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT - CLERICAL (PART-TIME)
Education
Experience Required
Minimum Qualifications:
- Grade 12 Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
- College Diploma in Office Administration would be an asset
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience that would include a demonstrated ability to maintain organizational procedures and confidentiality.
- Knowledge of court proceedings
- Proficient data entry and keyboarding skills with a minimum 40 wpm
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and multi-task
- Must be flexible in altering hours to meet the needs of the organization
Successful Applicants:
- Shall be required to provide sufficient information, including fingerprints, in order for an extensive background investigation to be completed prior to employment.
