Job Description
Halo Car Wash is a new, next generation express exterior car wash expanding across Canada and is designed to deliver the ultimate car wash experience. With our self-loading conveyor belts, automatic pay terminals, unlimited wash memberships, free vacuums, environmentally friendly soaps, and industry leading water treatment system, the Canadian consumer will experience a wash like no other.
We are currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate for our Woodstock, ON site.
The successful candidate will help bring the Halo experience to life by ensuring each and every customer has a great experience at our car wash site.
Under the supervision of the Site Manager, the duties and responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate span multiple areas of the car wash and include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Position 1 (Greeting): Greeting, educating customers on our Wash Clubs, supporting, and assisting customers as they enter the site while ensuring efficient throughput through the pay terminal area and into the wash;
- Position 2 (Loading): Safely and efficiently guiding our customer vehicles onto the belt conveyor;
- Position 3 (Office): Greeting, assisting, and supporting customers at the pay terminals, supporting Position 1. Assisting customers in the office, monitoring vehicles on the belt (anti-collision), and loading customer vehicles onto the belt while in self-loading mode;
- Position 4 (Vacuum Area): Greet, assist, support customers as needed. Assess wash results;
- Acting as a first point of contact for addressing any customer concerns;
- Helping maintain outstanding wash and site conditions, including cleaning, repairs, maintenance, and site security;
- Working in a safe manner and following all health and safety guidelines; and
- Other duties as assigned.

- Experience providing outstanding customer service.
- Able to work all shifts as scheduled, including weekends and holidays as needed.
The position works out of a dynamic and fast-paced outdoor environment, working alongside employees and customers.
The position will start as soon as possible.
