As we continue to grow, Libro is on a mission to find a passionately accountable Owner Experience Supervisor supporting our Woodstock location.

The Owner Experience Supervisor motivates a team to achieve goals while ensuring exceptional Owner and staff experiences.

This role is a key leadership position that sets the tone for Owner conversations and Owner experience aligned to strategies and expectations.  Primary to the role is coaching a team of Owner Experience Representatives to provide an exceptional level of proactive Owner advice and service supporting Owners to grow their personal prosperity while increasing share of wallet and overall growth for Libro.

Creation of a risk management and operations culture that is balanced with superior Owner experience is a key component of the position.

The successful candidate will:

  • Conduct regular observations of Owner/Staff coaching interactions to provide feedback and build staff skills in relationship-building and prosperity conversations.
  • Promote strong cross-segment collaboration to build full-service relationships.
  • Role model strong sales and service skills.
  • Builds a mature sales management culture within teams to motivate and maximize performance by setting goals and developing action plans, assessing sales performance, coaching sales performance, handling performance problems and conducting effective sales meetings and huddles.
  • Create and foster an environment that encourages personal responsibility and provides staff appropriate autonomy to make decisions and resolve problems that balance the interests of Owners and Libro.
  • Work cooperatively with regional peers and location team to build and implement a business development plan.
  • Accountable to manage the branch at an acceptable audit level while reviewing and implementing identified business process improvement recommendations.
  • Responsible for coaching the Owner Experience Team on risk awareness and internal controls.
