Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Crew Members to join our team. We are looking for someone to start the beginning of April till December. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through various landscaping tasks. This position requires a combination of physical labor, mechanical knowledge, and a passion for working outdoors. You will be responsible for executing landscape maintenance projects, utilizing hand and power tools effectively, and ensuring the overall quality of our services.
Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to maintain gardens and outdoor areas.
- Assist in building and installing landscape features such as flower beds, pathways, and retaining walls.
- Experience with skid steers, tractors, excavator is an asset but willing to train.
- Ensure that all work areas are kept clean and organized during and after tasks are completed.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements
- Must have a valid drivers license and able to get to shop in Embro every morning.
- 7am start till the job is done usually between 5 and 6:30pm
- Seasonal job April to December.
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency or willing to learn using hand tools and power tools is essential for this role.
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods and work long hours.
- A strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality work standards are met.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping techniques and equipment use.
- A passion for gardening and outdoor work is highly desirable.
- Must not be attending school in the fall
