This position is permanent and full-time. Our day shift is: Afternoon/Evening shift is 3:00 pm to 1:00 am shift, Monday to Thursday, 40 hour weeks with paid lunches and breaks. We are looking for applicants that are willing to work either shift.

  • Assembly and welding of metal products
  • Pre-paint clean-up of metal products
  • Use of a computer system to track time and drive workflow
  • Packaging orders
  • Occasional delivery/installation
  • Part organization and inventory management
  • Forklift training

Please note, while this is an apprenticeship where you will learn to weld.

Training is provided, but some manufacturing, shop, or farm shop experience is required. MIG welding experience is preferred, but not necessary. All we require is a strong work ethic, teamwork, and the willingness to get a bit dirty!
