Job Description
White Coad LLP is a well-established law firm with offices located in Woodstock, Norwich, Delhi, Ayr and Stratford. Our firm practices primarily in the areas of Corporate Commercial law, Municipal and Land Planning, Residential & Commercial Real Estate, and Wills & Estate Planning.
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper on a full-time basis for our Woodstock office.
The primary duties include but are not limited to:
- Receiving and processing day to day cheque requisitions.
- Completing bank deposits and wire transfers.
- Processing accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Posting disbursements daily from various source reports.
- Completing monthly account reconciliations.
- Assisting with real estate transactions, including bank runs for deposit of closing funds and payouts as necessary.
- Monitoring and dispersing incoming faxes and emails into office’s main account.

Education
Experience Required
Requirements:
- Bookkeeping experience required. Prior law firm experience an asset.
- Knowledge of Law Society of Ontario requirements for Trust accounting and reporting.
- Detail Oriented.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines while prioritizing as necessary.
