As the first point of contact, you will have the unique opportunity to build strong relationships through outstanding service and effective communication.
In this position, you will assist walk-in customers with their inquiries, uncovering sales opportunities and seamlessly connecting them with our Community Sales Representatives to fuel our sales success. Your expertise will shine as you provide insightful product and service recommendations, ensuring that customers receive the best solutions tailored to their needs, especially in the absence of the Community Sales Representative.
Beyond customer interactions, you will play a vital role in managing customer data, accurately entering new information and updating existing accounts in our corporate database. Your attention to detail will be essential in maintaining a clean and organized store, where you will display current marketing materials that align with our branding guidelines, creating an inviting atmosphere for all.
You will also handle account payments securely and ensure compliance with PCI guidelines. Additionally, your responsibilities will include overseeing inventory management, conducting counts, and ordering supplies.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain lasting connections with customers
- Deliver exceptional service and effective communication
- Ensure a consistently positive experience to encourage loyalty
- Proactively address customer inquiries and requests
- Provide knowledgeable assistance to walk-in customers
- Ensure customer needs are met efficiently
- Recognize potential sales leads during interactions
- Transition customers to the Community Sales Representative for follow-up
- Provide tailored recommendations for products and services
- Enhance customer satisfaction in the absence of the Community Sales Representative
- Accurately enter new customer information into the corporate database
- Update existing accounts to maintain data integrity
- Display current marketing materials according to branding guidelines
- Enhance the store's visual appeal and communicate promotions effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Reflect Execulink's brand standards to create a positive shopping experience
- Handle account payments, including credit and debit transactions
- Ensure compliance with PCI guidelines
- Ensure proper financial reporting and accountability
- Carry out essential tasks such as securing locks and managing lights
- Keep track of inventory counts regularly
- Assist with quarterly and annual inventory assessments
- Order necessary inventory and supplies, including hardware and marketing materials
- Support store operations and meet customer demands
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Communicates clearly and effectively with confidence, utilizing exceptional customer service skills to manage customer expectations and create outstanding experiences
- Demonstrates a remarkable ability to develop and nurture client relationships
- Possesses strong organizational skills, with the capability to prioritize, plan, coordinate, and monitor multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exhibits meticulous attention to accuracy, detail, and follow-up
- Maintains exceptional telephone etiquette and presents a professional demeanor at all times
- Capable of working independently while consistently meeting targets and expectations
- Skilled in articulating the features and benefits of products and services to effectively address and overcome customer objections
- A tenacious self-starter with a results-oriented mindset
Qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) is required, with preference given to candidates possessing secondary level education
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service is essential
- Proficiency in a Windows PC environment, along with strong keyboarding and data entry skills, is required
- A valid Class G Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation are necessary for this role
