Our manufacturing facility in Tillsonburg, ON delivers safety critical steering linkage and suspension components to many of the world's best automotive manufacturers.

 

Ford and Mercedes Benz are our largest customers, and we're currently undergoing the launch of a new program!

Established in 1979, the Tillsonburg operation has been resilient enough to survive the ups and downs of the automotive market for over 40 years.

 

We are seeking reliable and eager employees for temporary positions that can learn how to machine or assemble automotive parts in multi axis machining centres or automated dial assembly operations.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and machine products according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Monitor production processes and report any issues to supervisors.
  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members, maintenance, engineers, and supervisors to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Assist in inventory management by tracking materials used during production.

Experience Required

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required
  • Strong mechanical knowledge is an asset
  • Ability to read and interpret standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts as required, including midnights, afternoons, and day shifts
  • Ability to reliably commute to the facility is required.
