Job Description

Boston Pizza Woodstock is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and leadership skills, a solid understanding of kitchen operations, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistent execution of food preparation and presentation standards
  • Monitor and maintain kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety practices
  • Oversee kitchen inventory, conduct regular counts, and manage purchasing
  • Control food, labor, and operational costs to meet budget targets
  • Lead and support kitchen staff through training, scheduling, and daily supervision
  • Collaborate with management to roll out new promotional menus from Boston Pizza head office
  • Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for kitchen staff
  • Address and resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
