Volunteer Job Description
Volunteers with our family services can be expected to help with the following:
-preparing food packages for clients
-stocking and maintaining food bank shelves
-organizing storage spaces
-assisting in the implementation of new social services
Hours are flexible between 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM Monday to Saturday, and 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM on Fridays. Volunteer schedules can be discussed with the Coordinator and arranged to best suit you.
Experience Required
Experience with safe food handling, client intake, food bank operations is an asset!
