Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

The Parts Administrator reports directly to the Manager of Maintenance. This position is responsible for the inventory management working with the Plant Maintenance Coordinator.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Assist with maintaining computer files/programs for all equipment and work completed.
  • Assist with developing procedures as required and work to continuously improve Maintenance Planning
  • Data entry of all parts into inventory system.
  • Assist with reviewing purchase orders before sending to accounting to ensure accuracy and proper payment of invoices.
  • Administrative duties as required including general shop housekeeping and ongoing organization.

Other Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent communication skills; written and oral
  • Must be proficient with computers including MS Office Suite intermediate to advanced level (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Must have excellent administrative and organizational skills as proper documentation is critical.
  • Must have valid class G driver’s license.
