About

The organization has existed in Ingersoll, Ontario (originally as Ingersoll Centre for Developmentally Handicapped Adults or ICDHA) for over 40 years. We are led by a community-based Board of Directors and are funded by charitable donations from the community, and the citizens of Ontario through transfer payments from the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS). Currently, we provide support to adults. We employ about 95 people in Ingersoll who provide support to approximately 50 people. We are part of a network of service providers in our local community, regionally, provincially and nationally.
