Job Description
Accounts Receivable Payable Clerk/Receptionist
(full-time position)
The successful applicant will work closely with the Revenue Officer and Financial
Analyst to coordinate the accounts payable and receivable functions of the Municipality.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for receptionist duties for the
Municipal office including receiving and directing telephone inquiries, responding to
emails as well as serving the public.
Applicants should possess:
Community college diploma with a background in business/accounting;
Working knowledge of accounting procedures; and
Experience in a municipal government setting is considered an asset.
The salary range for this position (35 hours per week): $49,231.00 to $61,534.20;
plus, a comprehensive health benefits package and OMERS pension plan.
