Qualifications

Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma or equivalent is required
Ability to function as a team member within the department and to interact positively with other hospital departmental personnel
Ability to perform normal Porter functions, including transporting patients on stretchers and in wheelchairs
Sensitivity to patient and staff requirements
Ability to handle stress and adapt to position demands
Commitment to Patient Care & Safety and Service Excellence
Satisfactory vulnerable person’s sector criminal background check
Must have and provide proof of full COVID-19 immunization (2 or more doses)
