Qualifications
- Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma or equivalent is required
- Ability to function as a team member within the department and to interact positively with other hospital departmental personnel
- Ability to perform normal Porter functions, including transporting patients on stretchers and in wheelchairs
- Sensitivity to patient and staff requirements
- Ability to handle stress and adapt to position demands
- Commitment to Patient Care & Safety and Service Excellence
- Satisfactory vulnerable person’s sector criminal background check
- Must have and provide proof of full COVID-19 immunization (2 or more doses)
