Job Description
Are you an experienced accounts professional? Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to contribute your skills to a dynamic farm operation? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Accounts Payable and Receivable Coordinator!
JOB PURPOSE
As an Accounts Payable and Receivable Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing financial transactions for our farm operation. This position offers 30 hours per week, and a flexible schedule to complete them.
Location & Working Conditions
- On site at Thames River Melons, 765875 Township Road 5, Innerkip ON.
- Dedicated workspace to conduct your duties, use of a computer and access to the internet.

Education
Experience Required
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven work experience in AP/AR for 3+ years
- Post-secondary education in accounting or a related discipline is an asset but not required.
- Understanding of general accounting practices, policies, and procedures
- Proficiency in accounting software Sage 50 and Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively with a high sense of urgency.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be able to handle confidential information in an ethical and professional manner.
