Job Description
It is the mission of the Gary Overbeek Homeselling Team to provide the highest quality, innovative, and exceptional real estate service available anywhere in Oxford County and surrounding areas.

We are currently looking for a Client Care Specialist to join our team!
In this position the chosen candidate will:
- Enter clients into IXACT (CRM), ensure they are labeled correctly, assigned to the correct activity plans, and notes entered for each interaction with that client. Assign them to the correct contact groups as well
- Follow-up with past clients and see how things are progressing, are they looking to sell, invest, family members looking to buy? Update IXACT accordingly
- Follow-up with current clients, ensure they are happy with our service, see if there is anything we can do better on or fix for them. Update IXACT accordingly
- Follow-up with all leads that come through and set up appointments and disburse to agents accordingly.
- Keep track of cutco gifts inventory and wrap closing and referral gifts, update ixact and inventory accordingly
- Send birthday cards and closing certificates to clients every week.
- Request google reviews and reply to any and all reviews on our google pages.
- Recognize that anything customer service related that comes across your path is fair game for you to be accountable for
