Job Description

As a Key Account CSR, you will Work with complex customers within our industry by performing various functions in order to meet expectations of both internal and external customers. You will become the expert on these accounts by working with various partners and customer communications to assure we are meeting their expectations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Analyze customer requests/needs and provide innovative solutions
  • Problem solve through unique situations
  • Work with customer to improve service through item forecasting.
  • Assist Dot Transportation with delivery appointments and scheduling conflicts
  • Involvement in volume growth
  • Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position

YOU MUST HAVE

  • High School Diploma
  • Successful Dot Foods Customer Service experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Highly organized with prompt follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated

YOU MAY ALSO HAVE

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Actively demonstrates critical thinking and decision-making abilities
  • Fluent in French

ROLE SPECIFICS

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday.  8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Travel: Occasional overnight travel of approximately 4-5 nights per year.  Ability to independently travel as needed, without restriction, by all modes of transportation, including car, plane or train, for customer/vendor calls, training or meeting.
