Job Description
MTO Metal Products Ltd. is looking for an office admin person to join our Team. The successful candidate will primarily assist our Sr Estimator, Sales and Manufacturing teams to provide competitive, accurate pricing to our customers. Other duties will include office administrative task as required. Training will be provided and opportunity for growth will be encouraged.
This is a permanent, full time position, working 40hrs per week
Responsibilities and Duties Include assisting with:
- Preparing estimates of labour and material requirements
- Preparing routing instructions for new product and update processes for existing product
- Sourcing products and services as needed from approved supplier list
- Gathering feedback on estimates submitted
- Assisting in vendor development and processing po's for vendors
- Filing paperwork, scanning documents, coordinating needs with other departments
- Other task as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in oral and written English
- Professionalism when communicating with suppliers and customers
- Strong math skills, with an attention to detail
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, machining or welding a bonus
- Ability to work under pressure, continually adapt to change, and work within critical timelines
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, with minimal supervision
- Strong Organizational and Time Management
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Office software experience such as excel
- Rate is negotiable based on ability.
