Job Description
Our company specializes in agricultural feed products. We are based out of the Woodstock area and we are searching for an Operations Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for blending products, assisting with customer equipment installations, customer equipment service and property maintenance. You are organized, able to problem solve and are highly dependable. You will hold a key role in this unique and specialized family business, have an opportunity to make a difference and lastly you know what it takes to get the job done right the first time!
Blending batches of feed for customers
Tracking inventory ingredient flow
Assist with customer installations
Assemble equipment on company premises
Deal with suppliers on orders / re-orders of inventoried parts
Property maintenance
Other duties as required
Some understanding of farm bio-security and knowledge of farm animals
Basic knowledge of Excel
Highly competent at driving pick-up truck & trailer combo
Forklift experience
Versatile, energetic, mechanically oriented
Physical work (however not hard physical labour)
High School diploma required / Post-Secondary preferred
We offer a competitive salary along with a great team atmosphere.
Hours of work are typically 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Mon – Fri, occasional overtime
Benefits are available immediately
Pay: $24.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
