Job Description

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, gives medications and treatments, assesses, documents and assists with resident care, reviews, updates, and evaluates resident care plans.

Education

Not Applicable

Experience Required

Grade 12 education;
Successful completion of a Registered Practical Nursing Program;
Current registration with the College of Nurses;
Current CPR certificate;
Experience with computers and software; and
Good interpersonal skills.
Valid Ontario driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle with insurance are required.
