-Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma or equivalent is required.
-Excellent verbal communication skills with physicians, clients, visitors with high regard for public relations.
-Acute Inpatient Unit experience preferred.
-Proven written skills.
-Computer skills mandatory.
-Medical Terminology mandatory.
-Ability to do staffing with direction.
-Strong organizational skills.
-If internal, satisfactory performance appraisal and attendance.
-Knowledge and ability to apply CQI concepts.
-Commitment to future changes in unit philosophies and on-going
continuing education.
-Self-motivated.
-Experience in effective staffing.
-Willingness to be orientated hospital wide.
-Commitment to Patient Care & Safety and Service Excellence.
-Must have and provide proof of full COVID-19 immunization (2
or more doses).
