MAIN DUTIES:
Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, gives medications and treatments, assesses, documents and assists with resident care, reviews, updates and evaluates resident care plans.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Grade 12 education;
- Successful completion of a Registered Practical Nursing Program;
- Current registration with the College of Nurses;
- Current CPR certificate;
- Experience with computers and software;
- Good interpersonal skills; and
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and a reliable vehicle with insurance are required.
