Registered Practical Nurse - Woodingford Lodge

MAIN DUTIES:

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, gives medications and treatments, assesses, documents and assists with resident care, reviews, updates and evaluates resident care plans.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Grade 12 education;
• Successful completion of a Registered Practical Nursing Program;
• Current registration with the College of Nurses;
• Current CPR certificate;
• Experience with computers and software;
• Good interpersonal skills; and
• Valid Ontario driver’s license and a reliable vehicle with insurance are required.
