Job Description
Main Responsibilities / Tasks:
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.
- Create equipment listings and post across multiple websites and platforms
- Manage and create social media content
- Order promotional products & materials
- Design and send promotional emails, flyers, postcards etc.,
- Design and submit newspaper & magazine advertisements on time
- Order and maintain levels of product literature
- Create advertisements for digital sign & showroom monitor
- Organize and help plan events & shows
- Answer phones, provide customer support / take messages
- Maintain the company website.
- Maintain communication between all departments to promote specials and events
- Local travel to attend events, take photos of equipment, and create content of field/demo activities.

Education
Experience Required
Physical Requirements:
- Stand/Walk for 8+ hours
- Squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, and use of ladders and stairs
- Lifting & Carrying up to 50lbs/23kg
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Maintains current knowledge of the company's competitive products
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to work well with individuals inside and outside of the organization.
- Performs work in a neat and orderly fashion
- Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments
- Ability to read and interpret documents pertaining to equipment
- Creativity and ability to design multiple forms of advertising (both digital & print)
- Detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- Valid Driver’s license, with safe driving history
