As a company in the Timberland Group, TIMBERLAND EQUIPMENT LIMITED is a Canadian-owned, entrepreneurial, globally recognized company located in Woodstock, Ontario, where we are a fully operational facility with sales, engineering, and manufacturing departments all under one roof.
We are looking for a Parts and Accessories Sales Coordinator. This is a full-time position with an attractive compensation package for the right candidate.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Parts and Accessories Sales Coordinator is responsible for quoting, selling, and purchasing aftermarket parts and accessories for the Conductor Handling division. This position generates conductor handling parts and accessories sales according to established sales and gross margin targets. The position summary is to be used as a guideline only and may not incorporate all functions of the job.
- Maintain and build relationships with current and new customers
- Actively pursue conductor handling aftermarket parts and accessories sales
- Contact customers to follow up status of order
- Create and recommend spare parts lists to customers after sale of conductor handling capital equipment
- Prepare quotes for parts and accessories for customer
- Enter sales orders into the sales system
- Review orders for clarity, accuracy, and completeness and input into systems
- Purchase items to fill sales orders generated for conductor handling parts and accessories
- Expedite purchase orders generated for conductor handling parts and accessories
- Provide telephone support, answering routine inquiries on parts and accessories
- Work with manufacturing to determine labour estimates and lead times on manufactured parts
- Prepare shipping documents as required
Education
Experience Required
ATTRIBUTES WE SEEK
Previous experience generating aftermarket sales of parts and accessories for capital equipment
Preparing inside sales quotes and generating sales orders
Purchasing components to fulfil sales orders
Licensed in a relevant skilled trade, or equivalent experience an asset
Technical troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
Experience reading engineering drawings
Strong computer skills, including MS Office with a focus on Excel
